The wait is over. Allen & Delancey, the much anticipated restaurant from French-trained, former Gordon Ramsay Chef de Cuisine Neil Ferguson has opened. Expect Modern American meets advanced French technique dishes like Caramelized Bone Marrow with caviar and Slow Roasted Pork Belly with pickled pears. Food and desserts are brilliant. But don’t just take our word for it, view the menu.

Nothing says nightlife like a bar with a pink ambient glow and a mash-up soundtrack of new jazz, down tempo, and funk. “Everything you hear at Label is underground. Nothing commercial, nothing Top 40,” says owner Nick Valencia (formerly GM at Cielo). Nice.
