With your tour complete, you can ready yourself for drinks like The Bellini (Cipriani invented them) or a Champagne Cocktail (view the drink menu), and high-end mains like Filet Mignon Rossini, filet mignon with foie gras drizzled in a black truffle, Cabernet sauce, or Carpaccio alla Cipriani, a House Specialty (view the dinner menu).
