Midtown’s Omni Berkshire is all fired up about their new restaurant from Sam DeMarco. Previously of District and Merge, DeMarco sets the updated British manor-inspired setting on fire with contemporary shared plates like short rib and queso fresco tacos with tomatillo sauce, and Diver Sea Scallops “Wellington” with foie gras and black truffles. Cool down with a candied ginger margarita or a cucumber kaffir gimlet.
