Marquee’s GODIVA Belgian Blender
Created by Trish Barillos, Marquee’s mixologist and bartender extraordinaire, the GODIVA Belgian Blender is one of the hottest selling drinks. It combines GODIVA Belgian Blends, the new, chocolate-infused coffee drinks from the famous Belgian chocolatier with GODIVA Chocolate Liquor and Chambord. It’s the essence of Marquee, in a martini glass.
HOW TO MAKE IT
1 ½ oz Stoli Raspberry 1 1/2 oz
1 oz Dark Chocolate Godiva Belgian Blends
1 oz GODIVA Chocolate Liquor
½ oz Chambord
½ oz Crème de Cacao
Ice
Mix ingredients and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with a strawberry.

The World Bar’s World Peace Cocktail
The World Bar, one of the classiest bars in town, features an impressive cocktail list, including the World Peace Cocktail. Mastered by mixologist Jonathan Pogash, it tastes great and fifteen percent of profits goes straight to peace keeping efforts of the United Nations across the street.
HOW TO MAKE IT
1 ½ oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Splash of Elderflower Syrup (the Elderflower is a symbol for compassion)
2 drops of Blue Curaçao (for color to resemble “United Nations” blue)
2 drops of Almond Syrup
Mix, stir, and serve.

Devin Tavern’s Pepper Basil Caipirinha
Perhaps this spicy Latin number landed Michael Waterhouse, Devin Tavern’s and Dylan Prime’s owner (and former beverage director for Myriad Restaurant Group), the 2006 Sante Restaurant Award for Spirits Professional of the Year.
HOW TO MAKE IT
2 oz Beleza Pura Cachaça
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 bar spoons Sugar
1 bar spoon White Peppercorns
8 to 10 Basil Leaves
1 Lime Wedge
Muddle the peppercorns, sugar, limes, and basil together. Add the Beleza and lime juice. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a basil sprig.
