Inside Megu’s New Cocktail Den

Soaring ceilings. Well-crafted cocktails. A giant Buddha ice sculpture.

Megu always had the makings of a superlative nightlife destination.

And now it may have a chic lounge to match that vision… introducing M by Megu. In its previous incarnation, “M” was Megu’s handsome, pre-dinner cocktail den. It still leaves a couple of impressions: while the tapestries and most of the menu are staying put, the bar has been minimized to maximize reveling till its 2:00 a.m. close.

Cocktails come exotic and authentic. Try The Tokyo Celebrity, a refreshing mix of sugarcane shochu, champagne, and fresh lemon juice, or indulge in Grey Goose bottle service (presented in a Japanese Tea Ceremony format - the only of its kind in The City). Of course, you’ll want to pair your drinks with Japanese BBQ-style Kobe Beef Sliders, Megu’s classic Crispy Shrimp, or perfect King Crab Croquettes.

Oh, one final tip… the cocktail-serving M girls (that’s what you’ll call them) will now don designer swimwear.
