Chef Laurent Tourondel has a bistro for every protein.
Maybe that’s why BLT Market, the newest addition to his growing empire, is all about fresh, seasonal produce sourced from local farmers. Offering the very best from area producers, the menu (rotated monthly!) will serve first-of-the-season items. Think fresh, regional vegetables alongside fish, meats, and artisanal cheeses.
Opening menu items will include starters such as Big Eye Tuna with tonnato sauce, avocado and fresh hearts of palm, and Half-Cooked Tomato Soup with fried green tomatillo and spicy aioli. Mains like Pan-seared Striped Bass with cranberry bean caponata and fennel confit, and Stuffed Amish Chicken Provençal with grilled tomatoes and shoe string potatoes will also match the flavors of the season.
And in case you forget about all the fresh ingredients you’re enjoying, artist Marilyn Sommer’s rich paintings of fruits and veggies lining the walls will smile back at you.

BLT Market opens tomorrow (August 16th). Dinner walk-ins will be offered a 10% discount until Sept. 10th.
