Maxie's Bar & Grill Opens

The steaming buns. The ketchup rubdown. The warm juices dripping down your chin.

It’s time to get excited about burgers, people.

Here to introduce you to refined burgers and Classic Fried Banana Split… the recently opened Maxie’s Bar & Grill. You might have heard about Angelo & Maxie’s Steakhouse’s newest concept (conveniently located just around the corner). True, it’s big (130 seats) and bustling (six flat panel TVs) but that just means less of a wait for their all-star comfort food menu.

Indulge in the starting lineup:

BURGERS & STEAKS. Royale with Cheese? No. But you will find the whopping Super Burger Tier, a mouth watering selection of 30 assorted sliders. Or try a signature burger (view the menu), like the Snake River Kobe Burger (8 ounces of medium rare Kobe topped with truffle butter). Steak lovers should treat themselves to the New York Strip.

FRIES & SIDES. Shoestring fries are good (very good, actually). Beer battered onion rings are better. Of course, there are juicy, oversized buffalo wings, coconut crusted shrimp with spicy Thai chili sauce, and Kobe beef hot dogs, too.

DESSERTS. Burgers and apple pie go together like football and tailgating so finish your night with a slice of Deep Dish Apple Pie. Or a banana split with golden fried bananas. Order it with a shake and you’re set.

Now, that’s having it your way.
