The Decadent Burger
Prime Burger Café @ Old Homestead Opens
Wednesday, May 2, 2007
You want it all.
The burger that acts like steak. Lobster as a topping. Creamed spinach on the side.
And you want it now.
The owners of Old Homestead hear you and have delivered with Prime Burger Café, their new outdoor dining area serving the finest collection of burgers.
That’s right, collection - these high-end patties at affordable prices are haute (view the menu), featuring artisanal cheeses (Hawthorne Valley Farm Garlic Edamer), bourbon glazed pork, and even lobster medallions. The hot dogs are outstanding too, with Kobe beef and a trio of organic sauerkrauts with premium mustards (choose from Jalapeno, Caraway, Ruby Red Champagne, Truffle, and Hebrew National Deli). Sides run from classic hand cut French fries, to Kobe chili and a three cheese sauce. All mains are accompanied by Rick’s Picks Curried Green Tomato Pickles.
Rinse it all down with a selection from Old Homestead’s Wine Spectator award-winning collection of wines, and repeat until the end of Summer.
Prime Burger Café officially opens May 7th.
