Divine Desserts and Exceptional Entrees at TailorTailor Opens Tuesday, September 4, 2007 Stressed is desserts spelled backwards. You’ll remember that after the sharply-dressed servers at Tailor, Pastry Chef Sam Mason’s (WD~50) new salty and sweet temple of treats, present menus to you. But fear not, this is the kind of stress you’ll want to embrace: will you indulge in Fois Gras, Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and Pear, or Pork Belly, Miso Butterscotch and Artichoke? What about Mackerel, with Avocado-Pistachio, Watermelon, and Black Olive? And that’s just the Salty Menu. The Sweet Menu is equally divine with selections, such as: Caramel Panna Cotta, with Corn Sorbet, and a dusting of Chocolate Soil, and Soft Chocolate with Smoked Banana and Crunchy Nutmeg. Pair your meal with a signature cocktail (Violet Fizz, Paprika Punch) or “Tailor Made” spirit (Pumpernickel Raisin Scotch, Lemon Verbena Rum), and you’ll be glad you wore those relaxed-fit jeans. |
