Purveying clothes, accessories, jewelry, grooming products (mostly SHARPS and Comme de Garçons ), and coffee table books, Odin is an emporium for the casually stylish urban male.

The original East Village boutique is inviting albeit its narrowness, with a knowledgeable staff and hip white interior. Odin’s newer Nolita branch, recalling a hunting lodge with dark wood floors and white antler chandeliers, is more pleasurable to shop due to its abundant space and better lighting.

The newer, funkier designer labels you’ll find at both stores have a hipster mentality, but are much more akin to sporting at Double Seven rather than Max Fish: a plentiful stock of Trovata, Oliver Spencer, Nicholas K, Comme des Garçons SHIRT, Rogues Gallery, Y-3 and others is at hand.
